Clare-Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree in 2006 and has been with the firm since February 2014, having worked in a busy legal practice prior to that for a number of years. She is a qualified solicitor in Ireland, England, and Wales. Clare-Ann came first in her year in the Law Society for Civil Advocacy, awarded by Judge Peart of the High Court, and enjoys utilising her advocacy skills in contentious matters on a regular basis. Clare-Ann is a Partner in the litigation department. She operates a busy Personal Injuries and Medical Negligence practice and advises clients in respect of sensitive actions arising out of historical/institutional abuse.
Clare-Ann has a background in debt recovery and counsels’ clients in all debt-related matters including Bankruptcy, Liquidations, Repossessions, Insolvencies, and Restructures. Clare-Ann appears regularly in Courts of all jurisdictions dealing with civil and commercial disputes.
Clare-Ann is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and Wicklow Solicitors Bar Association.
