
Rory Benville
Senior Partner & State Solicitor
Rory is a native of Bray and qualified as a Solicitor in 1984. He established the practice in 1993 and was appointed State Solicitor for County Wicklow in 1997. In that role, he represents the Director of Public Prosecutions in County Wicklow in the prosecution of all serious criminal cases. He has extensive experience in all areas of law and also engages in private practice. Rory has a wealth of knowledge in relation to all aspects of the law and is relied upon by local businesses and private clients for his astute advice.
Rory is an active member of the Local Community. He served as President of the Bray and District Chamber of Commerce as well as being involved in Bray Lions and Rotary Club of Bray. Rory also served on the Board of Greystones Educate Together National School. Outside the practice of law, Rory has a keen interest in history.
Rory is member of the State Solicitors Association, Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and Wicklow Solicitors Bar Association.
