
Eilish Bradshaw
Managing Partner and Head of Conveyancing & Probate Department
Eilish joined our firm in 2011 and is a Partner and Head of the Conveyancing and Probate Department. Eilish acts for an large number of commercial and residential clients.
Eilish has extensive experience in all Probate related matters including advising clients on all matters relating to inheritance whether from the perspective of drafting Wills or providing advice to on whether someone has been properly provided for under the Will of another and grounds for contesting Wills. Eilish also deals with the administration of Estates, whether solvent or not, by way of Grant of Probate, Grant of Letters of Administration with Will Annexed or Grant of Letters of Administration Intestate.
Since the coming into force of the Assisted Decision Making Capacity Act 2015 in April 2023, Eilish, having completed the Law Society Certificate in Assisted Decision Making, has gained particular experience in Discharge from Wardship applications, Enduring Powers of Attorney applications and Decision Making Representation Order applications, whether acting for either side.
Education
Eilish qualified as a Solicitor in January 2009. Prior to this Eilish studied in NUI Galway where she attained a first-class honours LLB degree. She then went on to attain a first-class honours Masters of Laws in UCD.
