Benville Robinson are happy to confirm that we will continue to provide our services through these difficult times, although there will be some changes to how we carry out our business.
Our primary concern will be the health and well being of our employees, clients and agents and as such, we will provide a remote service which will include the following:
- All staff are now set up to work remotely. Luckily, we changed to a cloud based legal software system last year which already allows for agile working. We have worked hard over the last few days to ensure that all of our staff are set up and as such, we will have a full team looking after your requirements during this time period.
- We have replaced face to face meetings with either telephone consultations or video conferencing. There may be some exceptions to this for urgent matters which will be reviewed as the situation develops. If we arrange a face to face meeting, we would request clients to follow HSE guidelines and to stay at home if they have symptoms of illness or possible exposure.
- We are acutely aware that some of our clients will be extremely concerned about the impact of the virus on their business and upcoming transactions. We are here to guide you through this challenging time and provide practical and needed advice.
